When you fill out the contact or appointment forms on the website, request a free strategic consultation (assessment), or contact us directly by email or phone, the following categories of personal data are processed: (i) Identity data – first name, last name; (ii) Contact information – email address, phone number, name of the company you work for, and job title; (iii) Operational security data – IP address generated during your visit to the website, cookie data, and log files; (iv) Data related to your requests/transactions – messages you have sent us, interview requests, and information you shared during the interview. This data is collected directly from you electronically via the Website’s contact and appointment scheduling forms, third-party appointment scheduling systems (e.g., Calendly), emails, phone calls, and the Website’s cookies.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely: the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations; it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim; and it is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, provided that this does not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms. In the context of operations requiring explicit consent, such as sending commercial electronic communications, your data is processed only after obtaining your explicit consent.

  1. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities authorized to request it pursuant to our legal obligations, to our attorneys and advisors for the purpose of managing disputes, as well as to our domestic and international service providers (for example, Calendly Inc.—headquartered in the United States)—in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Act (including the provisions amended by Law No. 7499). In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, by contacting our company, you have the right to know whether or not your personal data has been processed; if so, to request information regarding such processing; to learn the purpose of the processing and to verify whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; to learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred within Turkey or abroad; to request its rectification if it is incomplete or incorrect; request its erasure, destruction, or anonymization if the grounds for processing no longer exist; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred; object to a decision that adversely affects you resulting from an analysis performed exclusively by automated systems; and seek compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

Your requests will be processed free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on their nature; if processing incurs additional costs, you may be charged fees in accordance with the schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Commission.
